I have been a tenant for the past 10 years, and have never had a complaint.
The staff have always been extremely helpful, kind and professional. If something is needed regarding maintenance, it is taken care of immediately.
The location is perfect, with more than ample, close up parking. My clients find the location easy to find and get to.

I love this place. Great atmosphere and its always so nice to walk in be greeted with a nice smile and hello from Amanda and Brie. I visit a lot of businesses during the week. Unfortunately, I do not always get that nice smile and hello that I always get when I come here. Venture X is very lucky to have these two ladies on their team. I highly recommend this place.

Since January 1st 2014 I have practiced functional medicine and holistic pediatrics out of the beautifully styled Twelve Twenty Two Offices. The staff are friendly, courteous, efficient, and keep the premises scrupulously clean and well maintained. It’s an absolute delight being in, and doing business in this building.
I have checked out other office co-work spaces and am so happy that I found Centrally! Centrally is such a beautiful work space! It is always clean and so tastefully decorated! I also cannot believe how affordable it is! The conference room is gorgeous!! I could not be happier at Centrally!
Great place to have an executive office in Fort Myers. Also considering opening a virtual office for a new venture! The location for a Fort Myers office space is excellent and close to everything!
Cindy is probably the most pleasant and helpful person I have met at any retail store. I seek her out on purpose when ever I go to this location, you can tell she genuinely cares and never disappoints.
I have a membership to Regus through my real estate company. When I need an office to get work done I always come here. The secretary at the front is very cordial and welcoming. The place is always clean! Can’t comment on renting an office since I only use the common room.
These are the most sincere, sweetest thoughtful people o could have encountered!! Went in for a surgery and was blessed by EVERY person that I came in contact with from the time I walked in the door to the sweet nurse that wheeled me out. The best group if people!!!
Beware! You will never see anyone at the front deck (signing up will be a challenge for you! Your 1st red flag). Also if you have a customer show up unexpectedly, there will be no one there to greet them, so you know! Mail - it's also a problem. We had customers sending us important information that never made it to our box, even after they sent it twice (Yikes!). I brought this to the owner's attention only to have him argue with me! WOW! He also reminded me that there are NO REFUNDS! I did give a 2 star because he returned a call. Save your money and find a better service for your business.
