The hotel is nice. walking distance from the Harbour, nice area. Decent size rooms, friendly staff. I like the small minibar area with microwave included and a little sink. Breakfast is kinda poor, but that is also maybe because of COVID. It used to be better.
BUT the internet here is a disgrace! I work remotely and need internet more than anything else, but this is just a joke! I can barely get my work done! I mean, seriously... I have better results using my ROAMING Mobile Data.... This is so very annoying and it is the reason this hotel gets only 2 stars from me. I am very frustrated with the on-again / off-again and overall bad quality of the internet connection.
I must start off by saying Jennifer is the greatest asset to your business very positive attitude happy sets a great mood as gusts walk in and loves what she does. I have given 4 stars as when we first arrived the first few days some staff kept lying and being blunt and were not helpful at all quite unprofessional we stayed here for 2 weeks so after the bad first week we only interacted with Jennifer and Ted.
A big area for improvement: please train your staff and hold standardisation meetings we would always receive 5 different answers from different staff for the same question always contradicting each other its like they make stuff up by themselves they don't know what's the hotels policys and cant give the same answer.
Over all great rooms nice balcony and perfect location translation is a 1 minute walk away and beach and all popular restaurant / shopping is 2 - 10 minutes walk away
Nice environment, fast Wi-Fi and welcoming. I was able to take advantage of the 24 hour availability of the space. It’s in close proximity to all the amenities bus/train station, there’s a Starbucks that’s about five minutes away from the place, and a couple of other places to eat.
Inside of the co-working space, you’ll find a kitchen, and an exterior that one can step out into to get some fresh air, and the kitchen is stocked with coffee which is a good thing.
There are vending machines with candy, and even a vending machine for coffee that’s just a step into the hallway.
Several people work from here so you’ll find a consistent group of individuals to engage with, and internet is above 15 Mbps.

Very nice hotel, very well located to go to the beach and visit attractions, good breakfast and very nice rooms with a very comfortable bed!
To improve - no fridge in the rooms and entrance to the hotel is a bit of a let down compared to the rest of the hotel!
Choice criteria was Internet as I had to “work from home”, it was 10 out of 10!!! Room very comfortable, very nice terrace to relax at night, very comfortable lobby with “all you can drink coffee and water”, we spent excellent days !!!
We stayed here during the Cannes Lions Festival. Such a great location, by all great shops and a quick 5 minute walk to the Palais. Rooms were small, but air conditioned which was the necessity. Wasn't the cleanest hotel - stains all over the carpet, tiny elevator smelled gross - but it was fine for our stay. The receptionists were just lovely! Would stay here again, just hope I get a cleaner room next time.
This place will have to be one of the best coffee shop I have event been to.
The service is outstanding and the staff is so friendly and what a great quality.
They also have a great selection of teas.
This will have to be the highlights of my trip in Cannes. I know it sounds funny to say that but it's true.
It was a very bad experience, lake of cleanliness, no lift, the stairs are vey tight and we were in the third floor . We were told that the appartement is three bedrooms and three toilets so we were surprised that there were two toilets . The first one was good,the other one on the roof was disgusting and a lot of cockroaches in the entry and the stairs.
I went to buy shoes for my little daughter and the employees were super helpful and amazing. They helped me without pressure and did their best in a difficult situation which is difficult too explain. Thank u very much
