It was my biggest mistake to book this Hotel!! It’s extremely loud, you can hear all conversations from another room, and we couldn’t sleep till 03 o’clock ( room 104 was extrem loud)!! My fridge was defekt in all three room’s. I’m extremely disappointed.
P.s I was have classic room (102, 103, 105)
We stayed here during the Cannes Lions Festival. Such a great location, by all great shops and a quick 5 minute walk to the Palais. Rooms were small, but air conditioned which was the necessity. Wasn't the cleanest hotel - stains all over the carpet, tiny elevator smelled gross - but it was fine for our stay. The receptionists were just lovely! Would stay here again, just hope I get a cleaner room next time.
Like most hotels in Europe, rooms are compact. Well kept - clean but I did notice too much lint all around. Pleasant staff. The lounge cafe in glass has a beautiful view of the town. Very close to the Palais at the Cannes Film Festival venue. Centre of the city. So well placed with respect to shopping, food, casinos, beach, groceries as well
I wish I choose something else, this hotel influenced quite bad on my trip.
Cannes is an awesome city, I will just not go to this hotel anymore.
Rude Duty Manager, very unhelpful, billing instructions not read, which caused our client to be distressed at check-out and for his own card to be charged. Very inconvenient and very poor considering we use your hotel a lot. The hotel is lovely, it's a pity it took one person to ruin the experience!
