Reviews from visitors:
I stayed at this place twice before (when it was under a different management and a different name). Not sure I like the new set up. It's trendier and the staff speak very fine english. They were eager to help. My passport was scanned by a staffer's personal phone (saying the scanner was broken). Not the best sign. They cut big rooms from before into several smaller rooms and the hotel is basically a bigger hostel. I can see young people like it. But the walls are thin, I had no hot water in the shower. Lobby was nice though. Something else did not change: louder speaker with songs in a loop on for many hours. I wish they can take that down.
Very small rooms that are dated. Co-working office is nice. Can buy day, weekly, or month pass.
Nice place to spend a few days. Big property with on site pool and bar, and a variety of rooms.
This hotel is super cute and affordable. Breakfast is included. The staff is friendly and I like how quiet it is. Love all the plants. Pool area is beautiful and lots of cool artwork. Loved it!
Horrible check-in experience! Their reservation system is completely ineffective! I booked through Hotel Tonight and prepaid for private room for one night. I arrived at 11:30 PM and according to the person who was checking me in, they were just security... After one hour of waiting and them not being able to locate my reservation in their system I was told I could have a room as long as they could hold my passport as some type of collateral until someone in the morning could continue searching for reservation (which I showed them emailed receipt and even bank account draft of payment). After I told him there was no way I would leave my passport with them, for multiple reasons, he told me I would not get a room.. after another 15 mins I was given room.. the couple that was checking ahead of me prepaid through Booking and the guy wanted to charge them again! It took him 15 mins to find his payment (after the couple also showed him receipt and bank charges)
Hotel is ok... art and decor definitely adds to the outdated structure... no elavator so if you have luggage keep that in mind... I wouldn’t recommend staying there specially if you are paying for private rooms..
