This is a good tech bet in the city, a small and comfortable place to co work, or organize a small conference. I'd been here for some meetups and has been a nice experience.

Great vowing

Seems to be the co-work to be at in Cali. Only drawback was that most staff didn't speak English - they usually had to get translation help from co-workers
