It's a nice place, but I had a very frustrating experience there. When I got there to take a meeting, I found out they only take cash and they didn't speak any english, so it was difficult to communicate with them

It was better to work at the library (Biblioteca del Centenario). It's relatively quiet and the internet was 4 - 30 mb/s down and 10 - 29 up.
Lovely space to work if you're in Cali. Affordable hotel next door too, and an organic cafe around the corner. It's reasonably priced, good internet speed, in the safest neighbourhood in town and comes equipped with a pool. Sorry pool - next time I promise to pay attention to you!
