Really great businesses operating out of here. I am biased as these are my close friends. But just the idea that a relationship was formed with the developer for cheap rent that allowed these groups to operate, clean up the space and become a fixture in the neighbour hood is incredible. A central space can be rented out as a community space for various events.
We’ve been part of the Work Nicer community since it started 4 years ago, and are extremely proud and impressed to have seen the growth and been able to grow with it. You truly don’t feel alone in your business as there’s always a resource and a team available to you, and the Work Nicer staff will ride through hell and back to accommodate your needs. This isn’t a real estate company trying to sell you space, as there’s plenty out there that will do that. It’s about integrating into my opinion the best work community that exists in Alberta right now, and the resources that provides. Thank you Team WN!

The amenities such as the conference centre, gym, patio and area for dogs, that we have access to, are great. The cleaning staff are excellent people and the facility is kept very clean. They have a coordinator for this 10th floor, Edison, who is available to assist with administrative issues and that is very helpful. Because it is a dog friendly building, there is an added element of 'fun' in the workplace.
Overall, a very nice facility, clean and well-run.
We have an office here, and couldn't ask for a better community, location, and environment. The space is convenient, whether I am meeting someone in my office, and choosing to be a bit more relaxed on one of the couches. We are also a huge fan of the event space, and use it on a regular basis for our lunch and learns.
The team is attentive and right on top of any issues from ensuring the space is clean, materials are stocked, and the environment is still a workspace.

WeWork is a beautiful downtown co-working space. They have common areas, private meeting booths, and private offices (depending on your relationship/membership).
Their front of house staff are amazing, articulate, fun, and I get a generally ‘dialed in’ vibe here.
The space is polished, relatively quiet, and other people seem pretty chill.
Can’t not mention the kombucha on tap, as well as good coffee and other amenities.
Washrooms are clean and spacious (which normally I don’t think about).
