Budget hotel with all the facilities
This hotel is just on beach side. I loved this place a lot due to its location. The room was big, neat and clean. Bathroom was clean. Hotel front office staff was very much friendly. Hotel ambience was really active and positive. View from the hotel was very good. Hotel service as very fast. Hotel price was not expensive. Dinner was awesome.Good:
1) Cleanliness
2) Cost (if you get it in 1200/night AC room
3) Near to beach but let me clear its not the main entry to calangute beach
Bad:
1) No room service daily
2) No breakfast, lunch or dinner
3) No staff to attend your query only 1 boy is working there who cant take any decision
You will get a clean room thats it..! every thing else you need to take care by yourself.

I have celebrated new year on the beach.
Lost of lighting and fireworks. Enjoy the lovely evening on the beach.. here is a resort named aggy cafe is famous for their delicious food. Here you can enjoy hokkah...lovely
Lots of fun games and street shopping is available here. You can find lot of liquor shop with cheap price. Choose the best one. One of the best crowwded beaches in Goa. Lot of pub and party places around it . Note choose the safe and best one in and around this place .
I stayed here for 4 days. Good part of stay was it was very much near the beach, thats it. About stay, rooms will be cleaned every 2 days and that too only sweeping, towel and bedsheet change. Bathrooms look clean but are super stinky. 2 medimix soaps are given one you arrive, only that much throught the stay. I could have got much better rooms in the price that i paid. If you get room at 400-500rs then go for it else it is waste of money.
