It's a nice place but the prices are through the roof in comparison to the other places in Cairo.
I couldn't communicate at all in English here, I was sent by the reception to the 6th floor which apparently is not the coworking place. The quality is nice but I believe its not worth it.
It' amazing place to concentrate in what you do.

We use urban station for meetings with clients or suppliers, because it is in a city center. It closer to everyone than having to fly one party across the city through terrifying traffic. The place is simple and not too flashy if u just mean business and not trying to show off. It is well equipped for a business meeting. In such a meeting u enjoy privacy and quietness. They are flexible enough to accomodate all ur reasonable requests. The staff are always lovely and helpful. The area is surrounded by coffee shops so if u arrive early u can wait a few steps away. My advice is not to drive to the location as parking maybe a nightmare.
