My favorite co-working space in the Abbasia/Abdou pasha vicinity.
The staff are extremely friendly,the working hours are great(10AM to 11PM everyday except for Friday: 12PM to 10 PM),the place is always clean and organized.
There is a workshop area that contains a generous amount of helpful tools that you may need,there is also a PCB drill.
There is a 3D printing service as well.
The internet is usually fast and reliable except for when the place is fully packed with people.
One downside though is that depending on the room you're in you may range from not getting any cell reception to getting a really weak one.
The kitchen is self-service and pretty much all the hot drinks except for turkish coffee are free.
One of the best coworking spaces ever
It is something personal, but it doesn't feel cozy as it should be.
sometimes I have to go there, but it always is uneasy being there.
And the worst thing about the place is that there is no mobile network there.

Rooms are spacious and practical only lacking some sound proofing
Prices: very inexpensive compares to the service delivered and to other places in Cairo
Internet: is very fast and easily accessed (totally recommended for projects and/or laptop working hours)
