Came in here to buy a hairdryer. The staff had great knowledge, listened to my needs and helped me to find the right product at a great price. Social distancing measures in place including stickers on the floor and hand sanitisers at each station in the salon. Would definitely shop here again!
Worst, uneven haircut I've ever had! Asked for a trim and it was cut into layers that I never had! $175 down the drain!
Went over several appointments to bleach my hair and then get it ombréd pastel pink, purple, and blue. Bleach appointments were good but on the day of my ombre my hairdresser (who we booked in advance and did my bleaching) called over another hairdresser to show her what we were doing and the new hairdresser said she wanted to try it, so without my permission they decided to change hairdresser's. The new hairdresser didn't ombre my hair properly leaving it quite abrupt chunky changes in colour, missed several sections of hair, didn't leave the colour in long enough (causing it to be very weak - even for a pastel), and at the end didn't even blowdry my hair and made me leave the shop with half wet hair.
Went to a fantastic, world class stylist named Gavin who not only gave me an excellent cut, he had a lot of knowledge under his belt & gave me some easy management tools for my unruly curls & other sections of my hair that frizz.
Also, because I wasn’t pushed to buy everything under the sun from their retail section, I’m actually going to go back and shop when my products run out, as I’m confident I’ll be sold exactly what I need.
I needed a hair saviour and I found it in Allie, at Westcourt DFO, she was kind and considerate of my hair situation and sorted my problem out beautifully. I am absolutely returning for more TLC.
