No parking problems, although there may be too many warehouses dedicated to closed warehouses. The location is very good, but the availability of attention to the public is limited by having many ships closed but not empty. I think it could have been given a more commercial than industrial approach because the site lends itself to it.
It is not 100%. There are many stores even without business. The area is good for parking but somewhat removed from the center
