In July 2020, I sign a price purchase offer with this agency. However, the real estate agent had not informed us that the property in question was encumbered with a major easement. And that's not all ... I express my dissatisfaction with the agency, after which their Director calls me. He thanks me for having "the intelligence not to have filed a negative comment", to use his words, and indicates to me that the sales manager will take charge of our file.
On 09/29/2020, we discover an ad posted online by this same agency and presenting another property that seems to suit us: a small workers' house of 52 m2 in a condominium. Not wishing to miss this property, we immediately called the number indicated on the ad, but in vain because their telephone reception was closed. That same evening, I sent an email to the sales manager (responsible for our file) asking him to be able to visit this property the next day. We visit the property on the morning of 09/30, and I immediately sign an offer to purchase at the price of 175,000 euros. Following my signature, the agency tells us that they forgot to include their fees in the price appearing on their advertisement (it was indicated in the advertisement that the fees were the responsibility of the seller), and that with their fees brought the price of the property to 186,750 euros.
The agency canceled my electronic signature without informing us. We found out through an automatic email we received following their cancellation.
Conclusion: In the space of three months, I made two offers to buy at price, and both were unsuccessful due to malpractice on the part of the agency ...
