Great looks but that is about it. Navigation inside is not good. Signs are not placed. It must have been intended as a business building or centre but I personally don't like it.
It's a nice business building where you can find your next office location. There's SPEEDY office in Smart Center with a great service and very friendly staff.

Incompetence on the part of Speedy's staff, it's good that there are other offices that we were politely served.
There is an Econt office in the building where I sometimes receive parcels and other shipments.
