We worked with Pelman for a few months, paid him to build an app, even flew away and got to that place. We gave him all the trust and let him stick to our app, after a few months of work, he just stopped making and stopped showing progress, I asked him how many times when he would be ready, he said in late December after the end on January, Kazal is at the end of February. Until we actually realized he was just lying. We paid monthly, he considered fit to rest, start and work whenever he wanted, and we just had to pay for a full month, even if he wasn't working or he was on vacation! In fact, he hasn't finished building the app so far, there's a lot of work left, and he actually claims he deserves money when I offered to pay him for the money he claims he deserves to finish the job. He says he has a lot more work to do! This means that we have to pay extra money for work and in fact it is not close to finishing our work. Now, after 7 months we know, I find that there is a server and it has all the information about our application and does not transmit it to us. He just stole from us and took money without working! We helped him, we gave him a free hand, we gave him full support, we gave him everything he asked for. We stayed with him for 5 days and paid for everything, including the time he traveled with us! Wonderful and cozy shared workspace for freelancers. The weekly meetings of the IT community in Burgas and the numerous free events, lectures and hardware workshops that are organized put it in my favorite destinations in Burgas.
