They gave me my two parcels even when I showed them one message. They are proactive as compared to Posta 100.
With all the positives, the infrastructure can be upgraded.
Honestly, never had any issues here. They don't speak much English (like any service in Budapest which is not a bar/restaurant) but they are quite fast and they try to help the best they can.
They are not open until 8 but 6
I've been there quite a few times and everytime I was well received and had a nice service. Yes, they don't speak that much English but we got along with gestures and few words. All the letters I sent were received and I received all the packages I was hoping for.
Useless idiots. Noone speaks a milligram of english over there, they are rude, they keep the evidence of received packages ina notepad, written by hand (!!!), they are not able to deliver a simple package, they loose the packages and they are pretending that no trackingnumbers are anyhow relevant to them, because their ancient tracking system isnt able to find them. If at least slightly possible, get for DHL or a simillar courier service, hungarian post is a joke.
