Probably the worst town hall services any human being could face, lack of respect towards the citizens from both the administration employees and security men, lack of irresponsibility from the call center employees, been facing problems with this town hall for four years non stop, I don't think it will ever improve or change in any way.
Not even worth a star.
One star is way too high but there is no lower option. This has to be the least competent institution I have ever come across. Expect many, many hours of waiting in the cold before dawn, to end up in a fight with the dozens of people who then try to jump in front of you, then you can stand for another hour or 2 in a crowded room to eventually face a shrug and a "no". Come armed with a good book, hot tea, and lots of paperwork. Also insist on getting a paper record of what they tell you and a receipt for everything you pay them because the next time they are likely to deny it and make you start the process again or pay again.
3-4 hours waiting time for foreings
In my three visits I got three different explantaions in regards to the same issue. Ofc, don't even bother calling them or emailing because God forbid you come prepared and not have to come back several times! Incompetent is the best word to describe everyone in that building.
You need to Whaithing for thicket, în the morning befor open whit one hour , and Than hours to come your turn. Full bed organisation
