Incredibly incompetent people. I had to renew a passport to take a flight to Africa. They gave me the new passport. I thought everything was ok, then 1 hour before my flight they called me to say that they made a mistake with my passport and I had to come back to the municipality as soon as possible. Almost missed my flight because of them.
I like the building and each time I go there I take a lot of photo. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. They help you a lot...

It's not best Belgian Municipality which offers great public services but officers are always trying to help you with their best.
Quite surprised to see this place in Brussels after living here for almost 2 years. We came across this building while biking around Brussels. Amazing architecture compared to other communes in Brussels. Just dunno how the staff working inside though as the area is quite mixed race. Will drop by again maybe in summer time.
