Due to Brexit I'm moving to Bruges.I have found this agency to be trustworthy, efficient, helpful and friendly.
Awful experience with letting my property through this agency. Took them more than two months to find a tenant in the nicest spot of Brugge. This could be due to the incorrect property value assessment and slow market (and low quality pictures taken by the Immo François agency) but was reassured that they had a very high demand at the period prior to signing a contract with them. I assume it would take even longer to rent it out if we accepted the suggested rental price by the agent. The contract was prepared with numerous errors - no transcription checks were done at all (e.g. maintenance costs were different in the different parts of the contract) . When pointed out on those responded emotionally. Ignored all my recommendations and blamed me for not fulfilling the obligations at the end. Provided inconsistent information about the candidate and expected me to believe in their recommendations. Once questioned specific details received very rude, unprofessional and offensive responses. Absolutely no respect for their clients. Unsuccessfully tried reaching the Immo Francois management by the phone but was suggested to contact them by email which they ignored. PS: As the old proverb states 'never judge the book by its cover' - the estate agent C.S. looked very impressive but the results are descried above. PS: Update, left the same review on Trustpilot and Immo Francois reported my review. This explains why there are no balanced reviews for this agency on Trustpilot - >600 positive and only a few negative reviews.

Smooth support and guidance in arranging a rental contract. From the visit to the building to the signing of the contract, it was streamlined and professional, with friendly service. Very satisfied.
I entered immo Francois due to an incorrect appointment with another immo. I was helped so well and kindly that it was a pity that I had to leave.
