Terrible service,unfriendly, and very slow!

Always very friendly when I call and they always help find solutions. Top!

I was 5 minutes late at an earlier appointment, they refused to help me. Appointment afterwards nicely on time and 20 minutes after agreed time has not been helped. Really outrageous.
