I am an almost retired teacher and I still drive a taxi because I like working.
This afternoon the grandparents of the bridal couple were brought to this location and approached in a very disrespectful and arrogant way by a man in tuxedo, parking attendant or manager or who he may be. He stood waving weightily on the parking meadow.
There is a long driveway and I had dropped the grandparents where they wished. Our company stands for correct and friendly service and we do what the customers expect of us.
When I wanted to leave immediately because I had to bring another couple to a wedding, that man refused to let me leave. I just had to wait until all the guests, I estimate about 80 cars, had parked!
He said that I was "only" a taxi driver and that I had gone on private property, that I should have dropped my customers (read: grandparents) on the road, 100m further and that he didn't care that I had to leave right away!
So the grandparents had to go that far!
This is anything but!
I visit beautiful and chic locations every week and have never experienced this. The management and staff are always correct and friendly and ensure that I can leave.
Too bad that such a beautiful location is messed up by the inappropriate attitude of one person who feels himself superior to the others.
