Garage Raes, keep it up. I myself received excellent assistance from Bernd Lannoy in coping with a late delivery time from Škoda as well as in choosing relevant options for a company car.
I would also like to mention especially and in particular Jeffrey Declerck as a very customer-friendly customer advisor and rock in the surf. Bernd, Jeffrey and by extension Garage Raes Škoda will continue to work in this way and will only benefit your market position.

I call in the morning asking when I can make an appointment to top up AdBlue for my Skoda Superb. On the phone it is made clear that no appointment must be made for this and I can visit EVERY moment for this.
In the evening I come after work (5.55 pm), garage is open until 6.30 pm. I sign up and immediately I am told "Ah sir, nobody can really help with that now, try it with Volkswagen". Volkswagen was of course already closed ...
In short, not the best experience.
5 stars stands for perfection, but what is perfection?
Together with my wife we went to Skoda Raes in Bruges to inform us about a new / stock / second-hand car. We were very kindly received by Florian Boyen. A boy guest of our age. He first let us tell our story, after which he picked up and we went to work. He did not impose anything on us but always told us all the options and options so that we had a very broad picture of all the options. Because of this we felt that we were definitely going to buy a car that was going to be completely our way. There was a homely, pleasant atmosphere so we did not feel like the umpteenth customer in the line. That is why Raes Brugge gets 4 stars from me.
Quickly helped by Florian Boyen. He listened quietly to our wishes, then he explained in a calm way, without pushing, all possibilities. All options were explained nicely and in detail! A test drive was also quickly arranged with the necessary and correct explanation. A very friendly person, we got the feeling that we had known him for a long time.
Thank you Florian for your explanation (and patience!).
Super experience, and very good dealership (craftsmen / women) especially Florian Boyen has done everything to find the ideal car that fully met my expectations and to book a test drive in the short term. If someone is looking behind a new Skoda, then Raes brugge is the place to be!
