Best place to stay focused. Calm and comfortable
OMG , what the interior here it's so beautiful. It's awesome workplace to work on. I went just for a client meeting and love the way they have designed the complete area.
One of the best co-working spaces in Brisbane. It constantly hums with energy. However, it's a little hard to give directions to find the place, and the lobby on the ground floor could be spruced up. Despite this, the actual Precinct on level 2 and 3 is an impressive space filled with light from a central indoor atrium (that doubles as a presentation space). It's a great venue for events though the acoustics could be improved.
Bit difficult to navigate around the complex, but the venue is fantastic with heaps of co working space. Modern fitout.
I visited the Startup Precinct for a business related seminar in the auditorium. It's a really nice place to visit and hang out due to the open space, and central kitchen amenities.
But, the auditorium when trying to watch a presentation is horrible. The acoustics don't lend themselves to clearly hearing the speaker even with a microphone. The surrounding offices and exposed air conditioning towards the rear create too much background noise. Also the high level windows are poorly positioned so that the morning sun shines through onto the auditorium seating.
