We felt very looked after at all times. Breakfast was excellent, nice touches: linen napkins, quality cutlery. We needed the heating fixed and it was attended to quickly. I mentioned we didn’t have a hand towel and it arrived instantly. For this standard of accommodation I would like to have had shampoo for my hair rather than a hair/body combo - most women think their hair is worth it! I appreciated the little touches like wine glasses, robes and slippers and the bath salts were lovely. Bath and shower were amazing and the bed was really comfortable. Nice amount of hooks and wardrobe space. We had the king size oak room (room 6) on the second floor which was spacious. Didn’t realise there wasn’t a lift so be aware if the 4th floor would be a challenge! We were also grateful for the free parking. We would recommend.
Nice hotel. Room 8 has great views. Room was a bit smaller than I expected. Breakfast was good.
A friendly welcome awaits. This place is very clean and well looked after. Parking is easy and very handy. We stayed in room 10 which is on the 4th floor but the climb up the stairs is well worth the effort and you will be rewarded with a glorious view from the terrace. Breakfast is highly recommended; sitting by an open window, looking out to sea while eating avocado toast and drinking coffee is a perfect way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again. Vicky and Stephen were very kind and helpful hosts. We had bikes and they provided somewhere safe to lock them up overnight. The room had a lovely view & everything we needed. Comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely. Very covid-safe/compliant. Only gripe would be that it's next to a loud road but we still had a good night's sleep.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful room, very friendly staff. Some personal little touches that make all the difference. Will definitely be coming back when in Brighton.
