We've always been impressed with The Werks Group during our time at Yacht Werks. They're always available, friendly, and they deal with issues promptly. They've allowed us a huge degree of flexibility in how we use our space, which we massively appreciate, running a brewery in quite an unlikely location. During the pandemic, they've gone out of their way to make sure everyone knows what's going on and to ensure their tenants are well looked after. No complaints at all, and we would highly recommend them.
I've had an office at the Yacht Werks for 2 years and love the space I work in and the Building, which is really well maintained. The Werks Group have been a fantastic support for us during the tumultuous times of 2020. They've kept us well informed in what's support is available to me as a small business. I'm so appreciative of the support and understanding they've shown all of us freelancers and small businesses about the challenges we're facing.
The team at the Werks were enormously helpful when we relocated our office from Oxford to Brighton. There was a great choice of space available and the formalities were taken care of within minutes. We are only moving out because we found our own building at an irresistible price, otherwise I am sure we could have grown within the Werks.
The Werks organisation are in this business for the right reasons. Supporting local, creative businesses. Reasonably priced, they are a warm and trustworthy bunch and have provided us a secure place from which to grow our business.
I've rented an office at The Werks for a couple of years. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and supportive. When I needed a bigger space, they got everything sorted for me within a few days. I'm a happy tenant!
