It's honestly really great working at Projects - the staff are so welcoming and friendly, it's in a great location, there are some great work spaces here and all are clean, well-kept and you can grab a decent coffee. You've got spaces where it's social and spaces where people can just get head down and crack on. There are sound-proofed booths for making calls when you need a bit of guaranteed bit of peace and quiet. It's been real quick and easy to meet other people here too. After checking out a few places around Brighton I would say Projects is hands-down the best co-working space in town. Highly recommend!

Plus X and the amazing team and members have been the highlight of my year. We joined the Innovation Hub in September and it has been such a positive change from 'trying' to work from home. The support from the Plus X team has been incredible. There is always a warm welcome when we arrive and they seriously go above and beyond to ensure we have a really pleasant experience and working environment. In terms of other members of Plus X, we love coming into the office to see everyone. It is a great community, everyone is so kind and respectful of each other and I never want to leave!
Thank you Plus X team for welcoming Mr Bojangles and I as much as you have. We are very very happy here :)

We've always been impressed with The Werks Group during our time at Yacht Werks. They're always available, friendly, and they deal with issues promptly. They've allowed us a huge degree of flexibility in how we use our space, which we massively appreciate, running a brewery in quite an unlikely location. During the pandemic, they've gone out of their way to make sure everyone knows what's going on and to ensure their tenants are well looked after. No complaints at all, and we would highly recommend them.

I'm quite new to co-working spaces and so I didn't really know what to expect. Platf9rm is much more than I expected, it's a wonderful space to work and meet people. There's plenty of different desks and spaces to book, so if I need some peace and quiet there's never a problem. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful, and it's so great to meet other members and learn new things from each other. I highly recommend Platf9rm if you need an alternative to working from home.
7 A Room With A View

We felt very looked after at all times. Breakfast was excellent, nice touches: linen napkins, quality cutlery. We needed the heating fixed and it was attended to quickly. I mentioned we didn’t have a hand towel and it arrived instantly. For this standard of accommodation I would like to have had shampoo for my hair rather than a hair/body combo - most women think their hair is worth it! I appreciated the little touches like wine glasses, robes and slippers and the bath salts were lovely. Bath and shower were amazing and the bed was really comfortable. Nice amount of hooks and wardrobe space. We had the king size oak room (room 6) on the second floor which was spacious. Didn’t realise there wasn’t a lift so be aware if the 4th floor would be a challenge! We were also grateful for the free parking. We would recommend.
8 The Skiff

A great co-working space, with a focus on community. It has an open plan lower office and kitchen, where people stop for free coffee and tea and a chat. Upstairs are three smaller office rooms, more suitable for quieter working and a couple of meeting rooms, which can be booked by members. The atmosphere is friendly and informal, there is are free after-works drink every other Friday and a weekly show-and-tell session where Skiff members can share their latest project or find out what other members are up to.

My experience with ONCA was superb. Lu-Lu, the business and operations manager, was extremely helpful and professional and every requirement that we needed was met. The room was spacious, full of natural light and perfect for our meeting. I will definitely be back soon.

GREAT SUNSET VIEWS!
After a lightning hit the pier, it caught on fire and the metal structure is all that’s left. These ruins, albeit saddening, are fascinating to watch, especially during the sunset. It’s a great place to relax and reflect, as different seabirds fly past.

I visited back in August 2016 with my family. It was quite nice. Slow getting onto it, but lovely views when you are at the very highest it will go. Would visit again if I get the chance.

The co-working space at Freshmill is what freelancers in Haywards Heath have been waiting for!
The building itself is contemporary looking, clean and effortlessly stylish. It's a relaxing space to work in. You have several options when it comes to deciding where to set up.
Drop in day passes are available, and there are several 'bulk' packages to choose from, depending on how often you plan to use it.
They're currently offering a free day pass. What are you waiting for?

Love coming here to the Cafe to work. Great value at £10 a day, and you get £10 of credit for the cafe too. If you only want to use the co-working for half a day (3.5 hours) you can come back and use the space again for another half day, and carry the cafe credit over. Really friendly staff, and a great VO service too.

I loved working here. I've recently had to go back to working at home, and I really miss this place. Good facilities, reasonably priced, great coffee and - most importantly - lovely co-workers and, of course, Dimple, the wonderful host!

Shared working space with very pleasant atmosphere. For people who can't work from home, or prefer not to, this is a great place to carry out your business amongst other local professionals. Comfortable environment, handy facilities for drinks, food, meeting rooms, even a shower if you cycle, all in a convenient location. You can get away from the distractions and isolation of home working, and co-work with others in a thriving professional environment where others will either share the odd chat with you, perhaps even be able to offer advice, or simply leave you to get on and meet your deadline ... as you prefer.
I do my best to keep this list as up-to-date as possible. I last updated it in August 2024. If you know of a coworking space that should be on the list, let me know. Click here to contact me. Thanks!
