At the time that we booked our early December reservation, the pandemic seemed to be as under control as could be expected & we thought that we'd be able to visit Breckenridge safely while of course taking precautions. When numbers spiked & local governments began implementing hefty new restrictions, we reached out to Ski Country Resorts to see what our options were. Kaitlin (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was friendly, patient, & understanding. She discussed our situation with management & offered us a refund - this was beyond generous & certainly wasn't what we were expecting, but needless to say, it was a pleasant surprise! We're hoping to take this trip next year, & we won't consider booking with anyone else but Ski Country!
ski shop, rentals and property management all under one roof - very conveinent and great service. parking close by as well as gondola up to mountain.
Great place to rent ski equipment. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great system there to get you out on the slopes
