Very nice hotel. We will definitely be back. The In door pool was a little cold for my family's liking. But over all good place. We want to go back in the summer to experience more stuff.
Awesome hotel in branson. Spent a weekend with my brothers family for his birthday they gave us a discount on the rooms because we had a medical worker with us. Also has a nice pool and huge water slide. Highly recommend.
Upon arrival I was super excited to take my family for a get away. This was suppose be like a top place to stay. Waiting check in was fine. Couldn't park any where close. Went to room to put stuff away and had no toilet paper in room and so we went to go swim and come back to take a shower and had no shampoo or lotion etc. During the night the room alarm clock went off at 430 am. Plus the walls are paper thin. So we decided to get up at 6 after we couldn't go back to bed after next door neighbors where up yelling... getting around there was roaches on the wall. I took pictures and went showed the person and checked out. Enough was enough. ... not the top of the line place to stay.
The Welker Resorts in Branson was very nice, staff was was very welcoming... The lodging was spacious as well as very welcoming... The inside pool area was social distance, until you actually get into the pool for a minute, but was nice. Kids in water what else would you think. Love the on ground activities, Staff was always courteous, and very knowledgeable of the area... Me and my family did Thanksgiving here and we didn't have any real issues. Highly recommend the Lodge for family and friends, can't speak on the hotel side.
So worried about COVID here there’s no maid service. Be ready to book pool reservations weeks in advance because we had NO IDEA even though we were charged and paid for the water park. The breakfast is so gross. It’s cold bacon powdered eggs and canned peaches. But the price is 11 bucks a plate for adults. The overflow back pool is freezing but it’s clean. Waiting to speak to the General manager Susan Smith in the morning. For the people who were watching me complain to the desk manager, it doesn’t matter how nice someone is. Clearly when your from out of town celebrating a kids birthday and you get to tell them We can’t swim even though everyone else in the fun pool can, nice isn’t going to fix my prepaid swimming pass! I dropped off no less than 10 towels from two our rooms to the desk then overheard them say they were prepared with masks and gloves. The security guard delivered towels and soap to the rooms. Can’t wait to hear what the General manager has to say. I’ll update this review.
