I have been here for a while.I have seen where many of the reviews have been coming from when they say the people don’t care about this place, and when little kids were running the front desk. But since the place has undergone new management that has all changed. The front desk people have all been super kind and treat everyone with pure kindness and respect. The other tenants who live on property are kind and always keep a watch out to ensure that this community is safe and child friendly, after office hours when employees are not all on property. This community is one that is deeply cared about and a great place to be able to call home!
Could not ask for a better place! The place has really shaped up and looks great! Fence is up and almost finished with the guard shack! The club house is really nice! The pool is nice and blue! Great people living on property and we all watch out for each other! It really is becoming a community! It has been a long time coming, but it is our home! Love it!
It is affordable, staff is very friendly, everything included in one price. Good for couples and small families.

Since renovations and new owners: This is a nice clean friendly place to live. I am very happy here in my studio.
