They are awful! Regus encourages you to pay automatically with your credit card and they overcharged us more than once and then took forever to return money. We are waiting on a “retainer refund” as they call it to get around the security deposit laws innMassachusetts but even in their agreement it says they will return it within 30 days. 60 days later still waiting for refund and they are telling us it could be another 60 days. GO TO We Works!!!!

The location is prime and definitely unbeatable! Moreover, the front desk staff is awesome! Both are always smiling, attentive and on their game. This is a great Regus location for sure and I always recommend to friends and colleagues that use or express interest in the Regus Community. Great job guys!
