This location is amazing we have been tenants at this location for 2.5 years. The Staff is simply out of this world. They keep the place it tip top shape and running smoothly. They have a large selection of offices and options to fit your needs. The offices are well maintained they are cleaned every night. The front desk staff are a huge selling point to the location. Simply AMAZING...... Nothing is ever a problem and they greet all of our guest as if they were working for our organization. We have had many clients say you have amazing lovely ladies at your front desk! Thank you Emily and Jessica! The site manager Tim is super easy to deal with and just an over all "good guy". We cant say enough good about Regus .Visit and rent an office it will be the best move your business could make for your future. How can you beat the location 800 Boylston Street 16th Floor Prudential Tower !!
I have used OMNI, which became Regus for close to 20 years. In the last three years their service became terrible. Their staff at the Faneuil Hall call center are so rude, inefficient and agressive, especially that woman called Terryll. She is the rudest person you could ever deal with. I have lost many clients because of her incompetence and rudeness. Potential clients would call again and again and there was nobody to answer the phone. I complained about it several times and the only reaction I would get from Terryll was attacking me. I was then informed by their manager that if I don't like the service, I can go somewhere else, which I did. They started sending me harrassing e-mails asking me to pay $3000.00. They even referred me to a collection agency. I am so glad I'm done with these people and their horrible service. Terryll needs to take a crash course in courtesy and efficiency.
