As a guest at this location, I'm showered with different snack and drink options to choose from. Aside from that, the sense of community is superior. At Industrious, the team really puts their best foot forward to accommodate my needs and create a welcoming atmosphere daily. Most importantly, this setting helps me stay focus and be more productive with my work. Leaving the workspace, I feel more fulfilled than compared to a day at my home office.
I was visiting a friend whose office was in the Industrious Boston Financial District location – and wow, what a beautiful space! We popped in to take a break from shopping nearby at the Downtown Crossing. There was so much sunlight and greenery throughout the space. The staff was friendly and engaging, they truly made me feel like I was more than a visitor.

The Industrious personnel are unfailingly friendly and attentive, adding a unique level of personal service and attention that distinguish the workplace experience. Beyond the Thursday happy hours and regularly stocked kitchen and pantry, the genuine interactions, be it problem solving or just a morning "hello," are what truly define the "Industrious difference." I relocated my law practice to Industrious FiDi in September and it has been a great experience thus far. My clients are consistently impressed with the modern design of the space.
I am especially grateful for the small touches the staff goes out of their way to make. I don't know of anywhere else where I could make use of breastmilk pouches during the day (in the private wellness room) and have a stout in the afternoon.
I highly recommend the space to any professional looking to upgrade their space while enjoying amazing amenities.
An incredible facility. Industrious is a joy to work in everyday, the staff are a pleasure to work with and provide a safe friendly and professional environment to conduct business. The office is a very comfortable easily adapted space to accommodate all walks of business not to mention the litany of snacks and incredible lunches they put on a regular basis.
