Truly the crossroads of Italy. The most central railway station in all of Italy. But I am amazed at how underdeveloped this station is along with many other major stations such as Milano Centrale and Roma Termini. I am amazed to look at the vast areas of tracks that divide the city. This is massive wasted space. This space is worth many many hundreds of billions of euro. When will the Italian railway company wake up and build a massive concrete platform above the tracks that can accommodate hundreds of high-rise apartment buildings, offices, and stores? I look at this space above the tracks and believe that the Italians just do not understand air-rights or what happened in mid-town Manhattan around Grand Central. Looking at this wasted space makes me ill. These spaces must be filled with hundreds of high-rise buildings. This is the most environmentally sound plan and Trenitalia could even reduce ticket prices to destroy competition from peripheral areas of the city.
A new Coworking spaces with a simple mission: Develop an awesome community for Italians Tech-Enthusiast, Entrepreneurs, Investors and Digital-Nomads. They are organizing live stream events from the top tech Silicon Valley's companies like Amazon RE:INVENT at the end of the month... So... For next couple of months I'll be here as a coworker because I love their culture :)
I had the opportunity to work at Lo Spazio Coworking for a few months, in a private office. I immediately found myself very well, both for the courtesy of the staff, and for the well-kept and well-managed, clean environment and for the proximity (3 minutes on foot) from the central station. There are all the services, from wifi to "telephone boxes" for calls, to the coffee machine and to the "bottle" of water. Around the office there are all kinds of activities and venues for a quick lunch or business. Beatrice and Salvatore are always very helpful whenever a request / problem / need occurs. Thanks, I hope to return soon!
I happened upon this co-working in Bologna by chance: a very pleasant discovery! Especially in this smart working period it is the ideal solution. Too bad for the gym still closed
Beautiful alternative space with beautiful and comfortable wooden parquet. Seen on the occasion of an interesting performance of tactile choreography, it is a very suitable place to host seminars and experimental shows. The waiting area used as a foyer is a bit cold in winter and therefore it would be nice if the bar also offered hot drinks as well as cold ones. But in any case, this place, easily reachable from the train station, deserves the highest rating.
I have a workstation at Work in Progress for a month and for the moment I am really happy with this choice. I like it because the space at my disposal is large, we are not crowded and the environment is warm and comfortable. Working life, since I come here too, has changed me positively and at a relational level I like to listen to the professional stories of my office mates: connections are created, networking is created and networking opportunities are also created at the end of work.
It is a space of creativity, it is the right experiment to create an integrated and specialized center for culture. Inside, both young entrepreneurs and coworkers live together!
Super cozy and functional coworking space in the center! It is recommended for those who want to work calmly in a shared space with interesting realities.
