Very Sweet, Cozy Hotel. We had small rooms. But it was Cute, good and clean. Very Nice man behind the entry bar. Very Nice Employees! Nice area of Bogotá city. I liked the stay over night very much. We went walking from the hotel to the Montserrate. Beautiful!! Loved it!!
Awesome place
Don't not stay here if you need your luggage kept, if you have an evening flight! They only store luggage till 5pm. We had to find a hostel up the road to look after our luggage wasting so much time. They will offer you the room till 6pm for an extra £12 but if you need it longer than that they have no other options for you.
They forgot to put toilet roll in the bathroom and didn't answer our emails for 3 days with resulted in them rejecting a package that was sent to the hotel.
I will say the bed was comfortable and the room was clean... But beware as they luggage situation is simply unacceptable.
The room was clean and a good price. I paid 94,000 pesos for a night. But I had a guest with me and I was charged an additional 55,000 pesos. We didn't even eat the breakfast because we had to go to the airport before breakfast began. This seems unfair to me to charge an additional fee when I paid for a private room.
Good comfortable hotel, reasonable price. Staff is amazing!
