This is my first review ever, I have an obligation to warn you guys - don't do any business with them! This is the most dishonest and dubious company I've ever had the change to work with.
I've rented an office for only one month - it took me one day to understand how bad their facilities and staff are, so I asked to cancel my membership on first day. This was in August.
More than 5 months later, I'm still waiting for the office deposit I paid. They will give you thousands and form, avoid your emails and calls, and will always find a way to delay it (Lorena Reyes, the community manager)
Even now, after they claimed 10 days ago they sent me the deposit I'm still waiting. Even when giving an excuse it takes up to 7-10 days (why not 100 days?) it doesn't show up in my bank account.
This is not a mistake, it's systematic. They will avoid and give you excuses every given time, will send you dozens of forms and will always find a way to make you wait.
However, you probably will never get your money back.
Find other office space, I beg you - please don't do any business with the company!!!
Excellent place to go and work, really nice caffe shot inside, several floors to sit and do your wok! Internet connection is fast and also the decoration around the place is lovely.
The best co-working place in Bogotá.
We were met by security with a “what do you want” ...Amusing how snotty that was... no receptionist to show us around because apparently they were all in serious meeting. Cold and exclusive, definitely not what we were looking for... No Bogotá prices online means similar to WeWork, you can buy or rent an apartment for half the cost of a closet.
