Terrible. I arrived at 10:30am, needing a day pass. I had an important meeting at 11am, which I told them. By 10:55am I was still left waiting in reception, nobody attended to me and nobody seemed to care I was there. I've been to many co workers around the world, this is hands down the worst customer service I've experienced.
Horrible customer service. They never activated my access card after asking 5 separate times I was still not able to access the building. After giving up they refused to cancel my membership and have billed my credit card over $1,000 and will not stop.
Shocked to be quoted 930,000 + 150,000 + IVA for a rotating desk space. That is... about 400 dollars to work in the shared space. The reception was disorganized but worse was community manager who couldn’t bring herself to be on time for a tour (30 mins late!) then blamed on reception. Don’t even get me started on the COP 2,000,000+ interior glass box they sell as a 2 person office ! Do yourselves a favor and get an entire apartment for that cost. Price is the same as in Boston. So over WeWork in Bogota.
This office is good for smaller events.
I think the service they provide is fantastic, it is a comfortable place for those who are starting a business and need to have the comforts of a great company. Suddenly this specific location has small spaces but they are fine. And as for prices, they make me a little expensive.
