The offered apartments are in terrible shape! We ordered an apartment "suitable for 5 persons", it was suitable for 3 people max. The air conditioning wasn't working at all. The agency changed it for us for a bigger one (thank God). The "better & bigger" apartment was nice, when it was built 20 years ago. Currently the furniture are devastated and dirty, the air conditioning is leaking INSIDE the apartment. At night during rain water is coming into the apartment through the front door!! There is no internet, the bathroom is dirty and has only a tiny window that doesn't open so there is no air there at all. There are much better possibilities in that price range. Avoid that agency.
A discreet apartment a large terrace a large room the bed sinks into it. But the sofa bed. It was handy hand washing. Pans. Zero. A saucepan for milk ladle. A fork and a pot holder for the pots. Everything to buy out of your own pocket. In return. The modest bathroom had the gas bottle. It was almost over already.
Really disorganized agency that I don't feel like recommending. The girls who run it are also polite and helpful but in fact they are superficial and not very loyal. Upon arrival in the reserved house, still dirty, I ask for cleaning and I intervene in biblical times (at least 4 hours after the scheduled time). It's August, I let it go. Excellent cleaning. In the evening, using the house, I notice a series of problems and by calling the agency nothing has been solved. The most annoying thing is that the problems have been known to them for a long time showing dishonesty. Here are some explanatory examples:
- absence of the main television (we moved the kitchen one in the living room, not without problems given the absence of cables)
- the oven could not be used
- two out of 4 stoves worked (being 8 in the house made it very difficult to manage meals)
Without these macro services I would certainly have chosen another home.
We conclude the event with a checkout of more than an hour as they could not find some documents.
I noticed that a grade below 1 is not recorded by the system. This is an agency that wouldn't even deserve half a vote. They treated me with such disdain that it is not even reserved for dogs. Never again. Avoid these people. Because if by chance an inconvenience should happen to you, moreover and incidentally on a Sunday evening, you will be treated like foot cloths. Beware of door locks. Old and dated, so that if unfortunately the key remains behind you, and you close the door, say goodbye to your pennies. They will change the lock at your expense. Obviously not putting a lock equal to the previous one, but rather a latest modern model, consequently more expensive.
All without you having signed or lease agreements with rights, duties and regulations, or the black payment made directly to the locksmith, who verbally "promised" an electronic invoice.
All at your expense ... Be very careful when paying for an apartment by the sea. You are not covered on anything. Not even 10%. But it's not so much the cost of the service done on Sunday evening, timely, disturbing half the world, blablabla ... it's the attitude of the agency manager in front of you who ask questions, who have doubts about payment, who ask for a comparison, to understand, to know something more, simply to dispute and have a modicum of understanding or even just a minimum of attention and professionalism towards the customer.
You will be reproached that it is Sunday evening, that he is on an empty stomach, that he is not making you pay for his trouble, his exit. Most importantly, while you are talking to her, she will take the car and drive away. Like this. Suddenly. Leaving you in the middle of the road. Abandon yourself.
And you with nothing in hand and with 100 euros less in your wallet.
This is the twenty-year professionalism that they praise so much.

Today, after exactly two weeks, I was able to access the revenue agency website and retrieve the electronic invoice issued by the locksmith on the evening of the intervention, that is, on 07/26/2020.
So, I withdraw my perplexities regarding the honest work of the worker, which was to the promises made.
As for the firefighters, given the late hours, it was past 20, no one answered the agency number, so I had to call them, who contacted the holiday office manager by phone.
Then, it is in no way a question of any kind of improper conduct. I certainly did not choose to break a lock, nor to do it on a Sunday, creating more inconvenience than necessary. It could have happened to anyone.
Finally, I conclude all this pantomime, clarifying that the late check out was kindly offered to me exactly on the day of arrival, that is 20/07/2020, since there was no booking after my departure.
The rest is exactly as I described it and remains so, because such was the treatment reserved for me by the head of the agency. My doubts and my questions arose from the fact that I had not signed any contract and any regulation. The answer given to me verbally that evening was "it's his responsibility" and then get into the car, with the excuse of moving it, and instead slipping away.
