Sky satellite television not working as advertised in property and was not repaired for our stay.. We streamed Sky Go through Wifi & HDMI lead from laptop to TV.
We left a valuable Bose Speaker behind by mistake at Finca Esmeralda purchased for my 50th birthday by my wife for £450.00
After repeated telephone calls, email requests to the agent Villas Guzman, the speaker has not been returned to the office.
We have given up and have now contacted the local police, they advised us to contact the British Consulate in Madrid as we are no longer in Spain to make a formal compliant to the police in person. The staff are very polite on the phone at Villas Guzman office, however, we are shocked and appalled that our Bose Speaker has not been handed in. Somebody who has access to the villa once we had checked out knows exactly where our speaker is!! Hand it in, now!! As Villas Guzman are the agent we booked through, we hold them responsible for the return of our much valued possession!
This dreadful experience has ruined our holiday. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Villas Guzman nor would I use them again.
We have been several times guests in the houses of this company, since 2003 ... only words of thanks, very attentive and careful with us, always going to our requests until after work hours.
Well trained staff, speaking among all 7-8 languages, we have recommended the company to all our friends and acquaintances from England and Germany.
