Insolent and xenophobic checkout staff

Was there yesterday morning and had to pay court fees. I tried it on the machine first, but couldn't get along with the new system
Since the bank had no customers, I went to the checkout and asked for help.
The only answer from the cashier was that I had to go to the machine. When I explained to her that I had tried this without success, she noticed that I was a foreigner and immediately became cheeky and rude.
She said that was my problem and I was verbally kicked out of the bank
This is called customer service
Today at 12 I went to this branch to make the transfer for the electronic passport and the lady at the counter refused to do it telling me to get it out on the machine. Bad treatment! I won't go to that bank anymore.
I went last week and there was a lady who was new and very nice so I thought she was finally going to have a good professional at the branch. However, this morning when I went to enter exchange currencies (all kept in their respective plastics provided by the bank), another rude lady attended me. She put a thousand obstacles in order to enter it so in the end I left with almost half the money without entering because it was too much trouble for her to count it while her treatment with me was at least condescending, coming to address me with "chiqui" instead of my name. Without a doubt if you live here, no matter how good the Santander bank has, I do not recommend it since the Benissa branch leaves a lot to be desired. I have had enough, I will look for another bank because I am not worth the anger or the puzzles 90% of the times I go.
