Julian, Marisa and their staff were always very helpful, honest and professional throughout a long traumatic property purchasing transaction - note the trauma and delay was caused by the sellers.
Furthermore, the day we moved into the property we found the boiler for the heating and hot water was not working correctly, the person we turned to for help and advice was Julian. He kindly contacted a gas technician and arranged for him to come to our property.
We were surprised that when the gas man turned up Julian also arrived to ensure the problem was resolved, which it was, very efficiently.
With the Ferrando ‘team’ there giving helpful reliable advice and support the process of buying or selling a property will be stress free.

Teachers are kind, professional & knowledgeable. They follow all the covid-19 safety rules and there’s also the option to follow classes online if that works better for you.
Classes are a perfect mix of speaking, writing, reading & listening- so you really work on improving your overall language skills. Location of the school is easy to find and easy parking, which is a plus. Overall they are definitely worth 5 stars!
I absolutely loved my time at Sun & Co! It was my first time there, and I initially just booked a one-week stay. I ended up extending it to two weeks, and honestly would've stayed longer if I could have! The space is so beautiful - clean, modern and set up perfectly. It's located right in the old town, but within walking distance to the beach, and lots of great coastal hikes. (I had no idea Javea was so beautiful before visiting!) But, what really makes Sun & Co. stand out is the team they have there. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and are incredible at creating a sense of community among the group. All of them are so warm, kind-hearted, and genuinely excited to make your experience memorable and productive. I was able to really focus on work, all while building great friendships along the way. I can't recommend Sun & Co. highly enough! I will most certainly be back. : )
Great new asset for Denia, a bright and pleasant space which is attracting a nice crowd of local creative and knowledge workers. Good coffee, natural light and decent seating- a perfectly acceptable place to get some work done. Let’s encourage this new venture and attract more entrepreneurship to our area.
We purchased a home that was being sold through Marvin. He is always available, personable, and helpful. His company is fantastic and he not only helped us in the buying process but provided lots of recommendations throughout, and contacts for upgrades we wanted to do in the house. We are very impressed with his professionalism and the one of his team and everyone else he recommended. We will be working with Unique Homes for any other real estate transaction, as a matter of fact, we are now working with Marvin to sell our previous home.
Lovely company to deal with. Everything went well and their professional approach meant it was stress free and all the paperwork was explained in simple english. Very happy
I love this place, the only "conscious" coworking in town! Organic coffee, fast fiber, pure wooden desks, and most importantly good hearted ownership! You get a key and can work 24h a day if you wish.
I really enjoyed working from Javea CoWorking. The place has fantastic internet, is very clean and Christina was very attentive. I'll be back for sure.
