The ATM STEALS money, that is, it deducts money from your account but does not expel it. Good luck claiming it, they are thieves, and this problem is common.

Impossible to get your phone. They have it for decoration. I would understand that he was not caught at some point in the morning but, I have been calling all morning and nothing. Very outraged
