It is NOT a coworking, it is a local rental
The only positive note is the location of the building and the view.
For the rest it is a 1960s building that has never been subject to renovation:
- single glazed aluminum windows,
- plastic shutters
-electrical system not up to standard
-bathroom with glass door and 80s sanitary ware
- centralized heating with elementary thermovalves
- air conditioning not provided, except for some makeshift penguins in some places
- kitchenette NOT provided
"Services"
-Cleaning once a week, even in this COVID time
- Internet connection often problematic with download speed close to 0.7 Mbps and upload 2 Mbps. Unprofessional router
- Home printer (from € 40 to mediaworld)
