The family was there for 15 days in August. The exteriors of the house are great: the pool is very well prepared ... and the terrace overlooks the mountain with stunning views and very quiet. We did some very comfortable barbecues.
The house is very spacious and has all the comforts. The only thing that would be missing some mosquito nets because there are quite a few mosquitoes and it would be nice to open the terrace doors to have a draft. Gabriela has taken care of us wonderfully and has had a great detail with us in the face of a mishap we had. Thanks for everything, we sure repeat. María José and Carlos.

We have arrived in the middle of the covid season, August 2020 and the apartment was very dirty. Hair on pillows and toilet, food in open cupboards, sand on sofas, etc. We expressly ask that they be careful with cleaning and disinfection and this is what we found. When they said it they sent a girl back for a while. Obviously this is completely away from the cleaning protocol, far from being presentable and much more from being disinfected. They took the covers from the sofa and the beds to wash them, the sofa covers are still waiting for them to be brought back. And to top it all, the deposit has taken 5 days to return it. It is the 1st time I have stayed for a week in a place and the deposit is not returned immediately. It has not seemed like an unprofessional service.
