He looked like a serious bank for being the Santader (a colossus) but the truth is there is much to be desired, I have been calling on the phone for hours and nobody answers, so they treat the customers? very very bad !!!
This August I went and I was waiting for more than 40min because there was only one person attending. They could predict the arrival of more people in the summer and strengthen them with more staff.
