Great hotel overall! Very comfy and clean rooms, hotel staff is super friendly and polite. Spa/pool and other amenities are very nice, the food is quite tasty (although with a bulgarian touch).
The food was great, the stuff was great, very polite, friendly and professional. Room was clean. Steam bath and saunas were also very good and clean. I'm taking 1 star only for the temperature of the indoor pool. The pool was good, but a little bit cold. It would be perfect if the temperature was a little higher. Overall we are very satisfied and totally recommend it.
Great location, great restaurant and great staff. It's located in the forest area, still close to city center. The restaurant is very good, food is freshly cooked and tasty. Enough parking space. Wifi was a bit unstable but not an issue. Definitely a comeback
My wife and I visited Bansko for the weekend and stayed at the Green Life Resort. The staff are very friendly and the accommodation is really spacious and comfortable. It's about a 2 minute walk to reach the base of the mountain and there is a good restaurant not far down the road. Highly recommended.
