Reasonably priced for open area. Rent for a meeting room is on the high side so I went to another co-working space instead. But if you need find a nice open office to work for a day, this place is recommended.
FOREIGNERS BEWARE!!
I signed up for Common Ground to work from for 7 days in December 2019. Unfortunately they don't offer a 1 week membership so I was forced to take a monthly membership and cancel upon leaving. Not the end of the world as the space is nice so I didn't mind. I was also, however, asked to pay a deposit equal to 1 months rent, that would be returned to me 'within 60 days'. This was a lot more frustrating but I agreed, assuming I'd have my money back quickly. It is now April 2020, over 100 days since I left, and still no return of my deposit. Finally I got a response (April 1st) saying 'Unfortunately, the process needs a lot of Document from our Company, the process needs a lot of time'. I really didn't want to leave a negative review but this is beyond a joke now. Almost £500 for a week at a co-working office! IF YOU HAVE A FOREIGN BANK ACCOUNT, PLEASE READ THIS WITH CAUTION!!
Very cozy! All necessary facilities are provided e.g. wifi, plugs, printer, water, and also the call booth (a quiet room when you need to make a call/video call). Love the vibe here and also the view of the city. Staffs are nice. When I was there it was not crowded so the space was quiet enough to focus on work.
