Due to pandemic issues, I've been trying to seek for their understanding in downgrading our office or a reasonable fee for us to move out. They however insist that we must continue to pay rental for our 3 years lease unless we declare bankrupt in Thailand.... And now they are non-responsive to any communication we send.
BEWARE: If you are looking for a supportive landlord, this is NOT the place to sign a lease with. I'm very disappointed in how coldly they're dismissing our ask for a negotiation.

An excellent facility with friendly and accommodating staff.
Location is great with the entrance located directly near the stairs of the BTS Sky Train.
Coffee was delicious and there are a selection of restaurants close by.
It's a busy hub, but the energy is positive and friendly.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are always welcome my guests with smile and good attitude. The environment is very positive to work. I love working here
I really like this co-working space(s). Friendly staff, great services and good location. Love the design and ambiance here. I can get my work done before/after gym in the area. Also next to some cool food trucks.
A new concept of rental office. This place offer a nice and cool working space. It’s also allow you to connect with new friends and opportunities. You can rent from a single desk to a small private room or large private room. Either you are start up or relocated firm, you find what it fit here. Great location and easy to commute.
