Good place to stay and chill-axing. Nice and clean room. Good interior designed. There are many corner to taking picture. In the hotel has variety of restaurant. One more thing is the hotel located beside the King Power duty free shopping mall.
The hotel also has pool on the roof top, so the view is good.
Selection of foods very poor compared to other Pullman hotel buffets.
Due to the 'COVID situation,' the hotel was tranquil, providing the rare opportunity to enjoy this well-appointed, spacious, and modern 5-star property in virtual privacy.
Our Suite was quiet, offered all the facilities one desires, and had magnificent sunrise vistas over Northern Bangkok.
We had lots of fun with the Life Fitness Synrgy equipment in the gym and in the large pool, both of which we mostly had all to ourselves.
What made us extend our stay twice to a total of nine days, was the lovely care of the staff, for which are we all but grateful.
In particular, our time in the executive lounge is a memory to last. Wut made our stay a highly pleasant one from beginning to end. Arm was always very helpful and polite. Both are invaluable assets to the hotel, and they and the team with Aeng, Ana, North, and the FB staff pampered us delightfully. Especially the sweets were delicious.
The FB team in Cuisine Unplugged was always friendly and welcoming for our extensive breakfasts. Thank you to Nicky, Yui, Cake, Kung, Poj, Kae, and Ploy.
Nancy stopped by for friendly and informative talks during diners, and Tae in the Junction always readily looked after our wellbeing.
We are looking forward to our next stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Covid procedures and cleaning were excellent which made our stay more pleasant. Nice room, great pool, relaxing spa and tasty breakfast. The staff I can’t say enough positive things about. Very professional and knowledgeable staff that are there to help you. Room rates are very good right now and hotel was not very crowded during the weekdays we stayed. Recommend highly.
