This co working space is located in the prime location of the city. Well connected with transport. Based on the company's requirement, one can choose the number of work station or the chairs required. The administration guys are very friendly. Budget wise also seems they are good.
Made false commitments to get you to become a member - even basic ventilation & AC is off most of the time, and they'll talk about fixing it. To get you to sign up, they will harass you with continuous phone calls, talk about 1 month notice period, but sneak in with 1 year notice period - and lie about it when clarified before signing.
I signed up for a membership, haven't used it after first 3 days due to poor ventilation & headache due to that. When I asked to discontinue soon after, they refused to cancel even with 1 month notice, have asked me to forfeit my 3 month deposit & continue to bill me monthly.
Just cheap fraudsters & liars out to swindle you.
It's a great place to co work for small startups
Just location is good. Not enough parking space. Very poor amenities.
Avoid this place. No phone booths to talk. Bad restrooms(only 2 for the whole place), feels like bus stand washrooms.. ACs are charged separately for sunday.. 7 - 8 seats to eat, which is also occupied by people for work.. TT they have removed to make space for another company. Sad state of the place right now.
