Complete one stop shop with parking for delivery vehicle.
The place is great. It's always cool and refreshing to have afternoon tea but I was kinda disappointed with the Sky Terrace. I thought they're gonna plant real Bermuda grass. Also, It's nice that more shops are added now. Hopefully miniso shop will be open next
Of all the SM Malls I have been, this is the only mall that I experienced warmer indoors and cooler outdoors! Their view deck treats you with a panorama of the Urban Baguio.
Their shops are similar with what SM Malls in Metro Manila do offer. Their tent-like canopy is beautifully-made, and their location propel the local communities to greater heights.
However, their uphill location is a challenge to traffic build-up and they should be ecologically aware of the pine trees sacrificed for the sake of modernization and development.
The essence of Baguio being known as the City of Pines, has been already defeated by the development of a mall on their site.
May they replicate the deforestation with effective greenery campaign- basically to plant more trees in other areas where lands are far from mining activities and housing developments.
Guards are biased among their own countrymen. They'll ask any local to wear their mask properly but when a foreigner they'll just ignore it. That's why I got into an argument about it with one of their guards. I ain't gonna let those guard treat me unfairly on my own country.
